Responsibilities

  • Logging of customer reactive support calls
  • Liaising with clients throughout the duration of a call
  • Ensuring client service level agreements are met 
  • Support call administration / paperwork
  • Closing out of completed reactive support calls 
  • Scheduling and administration of Planned Preventative Maintenance Calls 
  • Allocation of work / jobs to service engineers
  • Monthly reporting of calls logged / PPM progress 
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintenance clients
  • General department administration 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience of working on a Service desk within the Fire and Security industry.
  • Customer focused individual with proactive approach to work.
  • Positive effective communication skills.
  • IT literate.
