We are seeking a customer focused and driven Learning and Development Business Partner to join our successful People team. The L&DBP will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of all colleagues. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing customised learning solutions, and ensuring the effective delivery of training programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in not only delivering training across all levels of the business, but also taking ownership of embeding a culture of continuous learning and development. You will work with the People Team and business leaders to produce and analyse reporting, identify requirements to enhance colleagues skills and knowledge in line with business priorities.
